I'm always awkward talking about myself, but here goes.

I'm a mom of four wonderful kids, all of whom are grown now. I'm blessed with three awesome grandbabies that I cherish. I never imagined I could love anyone as much as I love my children, but when my grandbabies were born, my heart was so full. And yes, I love them just as much.

As far as photography, I've always loved taking pictures. My kids will tell you how annoying I was because I always wanted them to pose for me. Now my grandkids say the same thing.

In 2011 I started doing street photography in New York City. I would walk miles every week taking pictures of anything that interested me. And there was always something new to see there. I took photos of street performers, iconic buildings, and so much more.

In 2015, My husband and I, with our youngest son, moved to North Carolina. We now live in Murphy, NC. It was originally my plan to continue my photography by capturing these beautiful landscapes that surround us here in the Great Smokey Mountains. However, I ran out of cows and mountains to photograph. So, I started doing portraits for friends. I never imagined that years later I would be where I am today, doing what I love the most.

My favorite people to photograph are children and newborns. While they are probably the most difficult to photograph, they are also the most rewarding to me. I love seeing shy kids come out of their shell, and seeing the love parents have for their new baby. I try very hard to capture images my clients will love, and styles that I myself would want on my own walls.

So, what else is there to know about me? Well, I LOVE dogs, cats, horses, and all other living creatures. If I were a millionaire, I would open an animal rescue where all unwanted pets can come to live.

I think that about sums me up. Oh wait, I also love music, TV, gardening, doing crafts, and chocolate.
